Who is Max?

Hi, I’m Max! As a certified personal trainer, I have helped hundreds of people so far; however, my passion for fitness and coaching is something that I’ve carried with me my whole life.

I was an athlete all my years in school and in college I began my career in fitness. This started with an internship where I worked closely under a chiropractor as a rehab technician, helping patients get back to health with corrective exercise. Later, I became a youth ninja warrior coach, training toddlers and teens alike to become stronger, faster, and more confident in their ability to use their bodies. These positions early in my career shaped my passion for helping people become healthier and happier and served as a natural stepping stone from which I decided to become a personal trainer. After this, I spent 3 years training at a commercial gym before finally starting Max Performance and Physique.

Today, I have the ability to train everyday people from every community to become the best versions of themselves by getting to know them and carefully guiding them through engaging and sustainable fitness programs that will not only achieve results, but invoke lifelong change.
